Working in Spain - Work Permit

Working in Spain and how to get visa
All EU/ EEA citizens of the member states and Switzerland can come to Spain and work without applying for a work permit. There is one exception to this, Croatians still need to apply for work permit until July 1st 2020.
If you are outside the EU/EEA member states and Switzerland jobseekers looking to look for jobs in Europe will need to apply for residence visa and a valid work permit. You must have both!
You will also need an NIE number. This can be obtained from a Spanish police station that has a foreigner’s department. Finally you will need to register with the national tax office, this needs to be done upon arrival.
