Moving abroad can be tough so we have decided to help you out. Here is a list of property rental websites for a list of countries known for sourcing international talent. 

Going to work abroad and do you need to find a place to live? Finding a new home could be tough, especially when you have to do this  in a  foreign country. Luckily most companies offer temporary accommodation for their jobs abroad. This means you often have a room for the first two weeks. From there on you will have to find your own home.

We advise you only look for a place to live once you have the job secured. Also get Google maps out research where the job is located first so you know where to start looking. Do not rent a place because it cheap. it might 2 hours away from your job and the commute costs  will add up.

Ireland

Finding a house in Ireland might be easier than you think, for rooms, apartment to full houses, once you have that language job in Ireland, you only need one month of rent as a deposit.  Another positive about Ireland is that rental properties  are 9 times out of 10 are furnished.

UK

When you arrive for your multilingual job in the UK, it is probably easier and most cost-effective to rent a room in a shared flat, especially if you are looking for a place in an expensive location like London.

If you choose to rent your own flat, you can expect to pay just like Ireland one month of rent upfront. Lease agreements tend to run for either 6 months or one year. Be sure the terms of the breaking clause in your contract in case you need to move out before the lease is up.

Trying to find your own Casa? (Home), a place for your own for that job in sunny Spain. If you want to rent your own apartment you will need to have your first months of rent and security deposit.
