  • Dutch Speaking Retailer and Customer support

    Our client is a large distributor and manufacturer based in Kettering. They are currently looking for a Dutch speaking customer support agent to join their growing European team, supporting the company's network of shops in the UK and the Netherlands. The role involves assisting business customers in Dutch and in English, and providing excellent customer care. You will be handling telephone calls, processing orders and dealing with any queries as they come in from the retailers. Some involvement in quality control of the products will be required when receiving goods from suppliers, and you will also be handling some supplier queries in Dutch as well.
