Aspects of the role will include: – Providing B2B technical customer support via emails, phone calls and sometimes faceto-face – Ensuring expert and proactive guidance to endusers – Respecting the software procedures and Service Desk tickets when needed – Keeping customers informed about the status of their case – Escalating the issues within the next level support when needed – Participating in team activities and knowledge building – Helping implementation of new IT processes – Bringing up some fresh ideas in order to improve the services – Adapting to potential other assignments The Profile. – You are a German native settled in Barcelona – You have outstanding written and spoken English skills – You are in your element when assisting B2B customers on the phone – You have a degree or certification specializing in computer sciences / IT engineering or equivalent – You have experience as an L2 service desk agent – You have a strong knowledge and experience using ServiceNow – You are able to prioritize tasks and...
