French consulting company with subsidiaries in the UK and Spain is looking for a HR/Sourcing Manager. The company has 90 staff in the UK consisting of back office staff and consultants. You will be part of an existing team of two, and your main role will be the development of the HR function including creating a partnership with the managers of the company. You will report to the UK Managing Director. ROLE: • Setting up a sourcing strategy: sourcing tools, sourcing categories, PSL with agencies • Prioritising sourcing, checking JD, improving interview techniques • Monitoring KPIs, qualitative and quantitative performance • Setting up internal communication tools to advertise vacancies • Finding the best software to allow internet application • Setting up employee performance tools • Organising yearly appraisals, performance objectives and salary reviews • Coaching line managers as appropriate on core HR activities • Developing training programs • Participating in the company salary review and advising on best practice, staff mobility etc. PROFILE: • CIPD qualified or min level 5 • Strong experience in sourcing at all level • Previous experience in HR in an international environm...
