In this position you will manage, design and execute the internal training as well as the on-boarding of new employees. The objective is to develop an excellent training program for the employees of our client. Your main tasks in this position are: – Lead the development, implementation and management of training initiatives – Audit the operations and assess the ongoing training requirements and needs of the organization – Refine the training strategy and design training programs – Identify employee skills development requirements and recommend training to help achieve objectives – On the job training and customer service speech – Serve as focal point for employee concerns – Conflict prevention and management – Evaluation of new entries at the end of their trial period with manager – Work closely with internal clients regarding on-going training and coaching opportunities The Profile.
