    We are looking for people efficiently speaking Dutch and English, who will be supporting contractors in integration with procurement system for a worldwide chain of hotels. TASKS: telephone and e-mail contact with Dutch-speaking contractors; presentation of possibilities and help in choosing the form of integration with the procurement system help during technical integration (cooperation with programmers) training contractors in independent managing the products in the system. Your work will NOT include initiating of trade contacts. REQUIREMENTS: Near native level of Dutch Near native level of English Experience working with CRM System Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Good phone manner - comfortable with picking up the phone TeamPlayer Good problem-solving skills Good understanding in creation/translation of technical documentation DESIRABLE Near native German (not mandatory) Software testing experience WE OFFER: Work in an international environment Specialized training Convenient Office location in the prestigious centre of Warsaw SALARY: 5000 PLN gross (in case of a contract of employment)
