Your responsibilities and impact as a Client Care Sales Representative will be:

• Build strong relationships with customers, expanding and creating new business
• Maximize revenue by cross- / upselling products/services to customers
• Handle customer calls and provide the best solutions
• Dealing with customer's queries via email
• Keeping your knowledge updated about the company's latest updates and products

Skills, qualifications and interest you need to succeed in this role:

• Dutch native (or Flemish) & English fluent
• Committed and dedicated
• Team player with strong listening skills
• Service minded person with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner
• Being a strong communicator
• Preferably background in sales, but no experience needed

• Working hours: Mon-Fri  09:00 - 17:30
• Performance bonus of potentially 300€ per month
• Training 2 - 4 weeks and working with a buddy system
