The Job
As a French Customer Service Agent for digital marketing, your responsibilities will be to:

• Provide B2B service to small/medium-sized businesses for the French market
• Greet customers warmly
• Assist customers with questions/potential complaints via phone, email, and chat.
• Inform customers about other business opportunities
• Provide knowledge about our client's products

Your profile

• You are a French native speaker and have a B2 level in English
• You have graduated your A-levels
• You are holding a European residency or a working visa for Portugal
• You are service-minded and willing to solve issues the best possible
• You have a great ability and flexibility to communicate
• You have the ability to work under pressure
• You ideally have experience in customer service

The offer

• Complete relocation package included:
• Offered accommodation (all expenses included)
• Airport pick up
• Flight reimbursement after 9 months
• Yearly flight offered to home country
• Salary without accommodation: € 1160 Gross/month
• Salary with accommodation: €950 Gross/month
• Possible performance bonus: €100/month
• Working hours Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM
• 5 weeks training fully paid
• Holidays 22 days a year
