Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Sales Team Lead will be:

• Report KPI's and results of team members on a weekly/monthly basis
• Coach Team members to reach their best performance
• Assist team with more complicated leads
• Assist in onboarding new members
• Back-up of project manager

Skills,  qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• A native level of German and a C1 level of English
• Ideally previous experience in supervising
• Good Knowledge of B2B environments
• General understanding of IT
• Previous experience in Sales
• Identification of new sales opportuntgies
• Good self-organization
• Living in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience
• Having a valid Spanish work permit (required)
