2nd Level IT Support Specialist (German+French)

Job Description

For one of our client, an international IT company, based in the South of Germany we are currently recruiting for experienced 2nd Level Technical Support candidates.

The Job

- Providing 2nd level Technical Support for existing clients (B2B) 
- Analyzing, prioritizing and solving with sole responsibility incoming requests via email and phone
- Configuration of standard components of existing clients
- Close interaction with the 1st level support team and the development and project teams to solve support tasks
- Monitoring the IT business platform
- Providing Excellent Customer Support

Your Profile

- Excellent level of French + German + English language (spoken and written)
- University degree in IT or a successful finished apprenticeship as IT specialist
- Experience in customer service/technical support on the phone
- Able to read and understand Java or Python codes
- Experience in programming in Java or Python (desirable)
- Knowledge about databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MaxDB
- Knowledge in network protocols like VPN, HTTP(S), FTP(S), Proxy 
- Team oriented, customer oriented, able to work autonomous and in a team, excellent organization skills, problem solver, pro-active, dynamic and motivated
- Good analytic thinker
- Team player

- Salary based on level of experience (35.000 € – 40.000 € gross/year) + additional benefits
