2nd line German IT support for the growing company

Job Description

What is the job?  
As a 2nd line German helpdesk Representative you will be working on a dedicated client account supporting all the IT problems. The German IT Support Representative will support IT queries by phone, email and remote login. The German helpdesk is open from Monday to Friday but the German IT Support Representative will be required to work in shifts.

Who are we looking for?  
To be considered for the German IT support job you will have to be near native German with fluent English. As the job title is German IT support you will have previous IT helpdesk experience or a degree in IT. Furthermore you can move to Krakow in the next 4 weeks.

Interview process and salary  

Candidates that will be submitted for the job of German IT Support will have to go through 4 interviews. They are an initial phone screen, technical test, interview with Line manager and Final HR interview. The successful candidate will be offered 2 weeks accommodation in Krakow. Salary is 5500 to 6000 Zloty gross per month.
