2nd Line Support Analyst

Job Description

Location: Ireland, Dublin
Salary: €35000 - €38500 per annum + Car Allowance / Pension

Fantastic opportunity for a 2nd Line Analyst to work with a huge and very successful company based in Dublin. This is a completely unique role where you will have complete ownership over your tasks and responsibilities and where you will be working with a variety of technologies in a small team. The organisation is a world-recognised brand that invests heavily in its staff, IT function and support services; they offer excellent long terms careers and progression to employees.

Your role is a crucial function working as a 2nd line support engineer who will be in a reactive role, dealing with various issues relating to PC issues (including networks, telecoms etc), plus video conferencing facilities and mobile phones. You will help make up an excellent team who supports the business, and this role will allow the successful Support Engineer to assume a more lead role further down the line.

The successful 2nd Line Analyst will have:
A Full Irish Driving License
ITIL certification (This is an essential requirement)

And one or more of the below
Microsoft MCSA
Citrix CCENT

You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role where you are involved in supporting various technology functions; you will also need to be able to demonstrate that you can work independently and within a team, depending on the tasks.
