Account Executive (German market)

About the position

goFLUENT is looking for an Account Executive who will play a key role in the development of our business activities within the German market based in Athens, Greece.

At goFLUENT you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a dynamic and international environment by acquiring new key accounts, and building lasting, consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders and decision makers throughout the country.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a strategic territory inside Germany
  • Coordinate internal experts to anticipate or answer clients needs
  • Define your strategy to engage with prospects (cold calling, social media, industry events)
  • Schedule and attend meetings and/or conference calls with prospects to present goFLUENT's solutions.
  • Position our offer through RFPs (you lead RFPs assigned to your territory)
  • Engage and win new clients
  • Reach and overachieve revenue target

What You’ll Need

  • Undergraduate degree in business management oriented programs or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the SaaS industry
  • 3-5+ years of previous professional sales or business development roles
  • Experience selling in the B2B market, with experience in the HR space especially desirable
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Fluent in German language
