Account Manager

Job Description

Our client, an exciting cloud based software company working in the elearning area, is looking to expand their Account Manager Team. 

This position will involve: 
• Provide advice and consultancy to prospect customers on how to best use our cloud software within their business. 
• Maintain and enhance on-going relationships with customers post initial sale. 
• Learn the full range of our technology and services and be able to identify how this technology and service align to customer needs. 
• Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process. 
• Suggests product enhancements to our product development team to help to improve our product. 

The person we are looking for will have the following qualities: 
• Be highly motivated and want to achieve something special with our company 
• Excellent communication skills – the ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious 
• 1-3 years of software or enterprise selling experience 
• Delivering monthly and quarterly revenue targets 
• Excellent written and spoken English 
• Qualification in Business or Information Technology
