Account Manager

Job Description

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their Gaming and Gambling division based in Gibraltar. Responsible for building and developing relationships with existing merchants by supporting and offering additional solutions and ultimately growing our customer base and maximising revenue. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to make your mark with an award winning organisation that is moving into the next stage of its global development.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Account Manager, key accounts for the Gambling and Gaming industry
  • Create and drive new business through sales pitches, presentations and sales propositions by up selling new solutions to existing customers
  • Organise, attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to the Gambling industry
  • Grow turnover and increase the size of the customer base by acquiring a larger portion of their business
  • Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure constant benchmarking and price comparisons
  • Support the team by participating in multiple development projects to increase and strengthen the effectiveness of the account managers

 

Essential Skills:

 

  • Outstanding experience in building and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Previous experience in building new business is an asset
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of eCommerce and online payment industries
  • Understanding of website design and basic HTML coding
  • A disciplined self-starter, results driven and committed to achieving career recognition and financial reward
  • Ability to lead by example and present a professional image
  • High Internet affinity along with proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Degree in a business or related field
  • Fluent in English and another European language is a bonus
