Account Receivable and Order Management

For our client, a worldwide Software organization that builds products and delivers company solutions and who is engaged in business and technology partnerships, we are urgently looking for an Accounts Receivable & Order Management with excellent verbal and written communications skill (English & French) and like to be successful with a highly motivated customer service level. There is plenty of room for initiative, development and readiness to grow with the company.

Your new job
In you new job as Accounts Receivable & Order Management you will book AR transactions in Oracle and manage brand accounts receivable aging and collections. You assist customer service organization in contacting customers to collect past due amounts. Besides that, you identify any reasons for non-payment and develop plans with sales representative/supervisor on how to resolve. In your role as Accounts Receivable & Order Management you have to analyze deductions and credits in customer accounts, identify items to net, items to follow-up with customer, and items requiring potential write-off. You also follow up with potential gaps and opportunities with customers and inform this to management.

You will come across Order Management (OM) Price and bill software maintenance renewals and licenses. You work with excel spreadsheets to calculate the batches and or prepare quotes, you quickly resolve maintenance billing issues and answer general customer queries. You maintain customer maintenance billing history and forecasts via spreadsheet and reports and proactively work to retain customers and ensure their satisfaction with Rocket Software. The Accounts Receivable & Order Management provides assistance with product authorizations(License keys) and identifies opportunities for new or additional services or products across all Rocket Brands (Support cross-selling activities).

What you need to succeed
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who will strongly pursue knowledge of their assigned business to produce better and more useful information to support the decision-making process with a strong operational/business orientation. You have a Bachelor or equivalent through experience. You have completed this with several years of comparable experience and affinity with software industry in international environment. As a professional you have a successful customer service track record. You have experience with Oracle Financials, especially related to Oracle Order Management and Oracle Service Contracts. Given the international setting you are down to earth and have respect for other cultures.

The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic / energetic, proactive and is ready to learn new things. You take initiative to solve problems and provide excellent internal and external customer support and are have good organizational skills and the drive to meet deadlines. The position requires excellent verbal and written communications skill in English and the French language is a big plus, (if not don't apply because applications will not be taken into procedure) and strong basic math skills.
