Accounting Software Helpdesk (Dutch+French)

Job Description

Join an existing international team of a fast-growing company, which provides modular business management and POS solutions for retail and hotel industry. You will work in a small team, in a family like and stable environment. Besides these benefits an access to a pool in the building is provided. The company is located close to Sant Cugat ( 20 min. by train from the Barcelona city center).

The Job

The main tasks include:
-You are in charge solving very diverse and challenging issues via phone and mail
-Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
-Proactive monitoring and reaction to line & IT system performance 
-Provide product training to customers where required 
-Clearly document issues to facilitate resolution
-The salary will depend on the level of experience 

The Profile

-Excellent level of Dutch, French and English. Spanish is a plus.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
-Detail oriented and self-motivated
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
-Confident speech and problem solver

The Offer

-Attractive salary package in line with market conditions: between 22.000€ and 24.000€ / year, based on level of experience
-Permanent contract with a 3 months trial period
