Accounts Payable with GER/ITA/FRA/POLISH

Job Description

One of the world’s largest companies is looking for career minded candidates for it’s operation center in Prague. This is a unique role combining accounting processes with customer service. 

As an Accounts Payable you will be responsible for:

  • processing invoices and orders
  • to ensure that information are complete
  • review accounting documents, identify errors
  • to support the invoice processing team
  • to receive and respond to all incoming queries via phone or email
  • to work closely with customer service team
  • to assist and participate in improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar role in finance/administration
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Advanced MS Office - Excel, SAP is a plus
  • Working experience in a multinational company is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication skill and problem solver
  • Advanced in English and German, Italian, Polish or French

Starting date: Immediately
Location: Prague
Salary level : Attractive salary, depending on experience level
