Accounts Receivable Team Leader with German

Job Description

This is great opportunity for the best candidate with experience from SSC / AP or AR or CS managerial positions to join growing / international environment in Prague. 

Your responsibilities will be:

- managing AR processes within international SSC environment
- implementing / changing / maintaining of the new systems & procedures 
- continuous improvement
- setting of KPI’s, reporting
- assisting and controlling of all payment runs, invoice completion 
- hiring / motivating / couching AR Team Member
- leading up 5 people

Your requirements:

 - Experience from AP or AR or CS Team Leader position within international SSC 
- Accountancy / finance background 
- Previous experience from leading team members
- Fluency in English, German is preferred however other European language is welcome
- IT knowledge (accounting SW, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with experience in analysis and review
- Great communicator & problem solving and assertive
