Administrative Expert (Dutch)

The Company.

Our client is a Belgian BPO company with an office in Barcelona. For their partner, an e-payment company, they are currently recruiting a Flemish or Dutch speaking Credit Card Support Agent.

The Job.

After a training you will be in charge of the administration.

The main tasks include:
– Put contracts in the system
– Call clients to assure the information is correct
– Pay high attention to details and handle sensitive data of customers carefully 
– Ensure high level of customer satisfaction 

The Profile.

– You are a native Dutch or Flemish speaker with a good level of English
– You have good communication skills
– You are a team player and are open-minded
– You are enthusiast and motivated
– You are reliable and detail-oriented 
– You have customer Service experience on the phone
– You are pro-active, motivated and used to work accurately

The Offer.
– A salary of 1305 Euro gross/month + up to 200 Euro bonus per month (after the 3rd month)+ free Spanish classes + benefit plan 
– Rotative shifts : Monday- Friday: 9 am – 5.30 pm, part-time possible
– Great working atmosphere with a young and diverse team

– Office located in Poble Nou area
– Candidate needs to hold NIE and social security number by the start date
