Administrator German- Entry Level

Job description

  • Complete analysis and investigation of queries related to Orders and Contracts for German clients. These queries are communicated via email or phone or chat 
  • Regular updates must be provided to customer on progress via phone and email, followed by complete resolution on any queries within the agreed service level
  • Ensure defined escalation process is adhered to in order to resolves complex queries
  • Responsible for maintaining strict service levels (SLAs) with client activities
  • Responsible for keeping accurate records of business activities including detailed information on Agreements/Orders exceptions and queries, outstanding problems and executive approvals as outlined by Legal & Finance
  • Responsible for identifying any productivity and quality improvement measures and flagging to senior team members as soon as possible

Requirements

  • Native level of German  and fluent English
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and a high focus on customer satisfaction
  • Participate & lead any projects/workload on Program as directed by Business Process Specialist/Team Leader and in turn problem solve/action in a quick turnaround time
  • Proactively develop plans to avoid potential problems & take ownership of issues when they arise
  • Serve as a helpful point of contact for new hires in regards to issue’s/training
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility at peak business periods i.e. end of the month, fiscal period end
  • PC literate, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products essential
