Aftersales Employee (German on a native level)

Job Description

Randstad Multilingual Recruitment is currently looking for a native German After Sales employee, that also posses Dutch language skills. In this position your are the in linking pin between various business disciplines. Your after sales activities with the customers of our client will be crucial in the daily process of the company. The input that clients give you will be crucial in developing and improving the customer experience and service delivery of our clients. 

Your tasks: 
- mediation between de logistics service providers (GLS,DPD) and the clients if any delivery related issues occur 
- point of contact between clients and internal departments
- processing of returns
- handle questions about orders, product information and parcel number (track&trace) 
- handle customer feedback and liase with manager in order to make action plan for improvement points 

You as a person: 
- German native speaker (excellent written and spoken)
- good level of Dutch
- experience within a service environment, preferably after sales
- a positive outlook on challenging situations
- problem solving attitude and a real mediator
- great communicator 
- good working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and experience with an ERP systems such as Navison, SAP or Exact 
- experience with MS Axapta is a plus
