Airline Customer Support (Dutch) – Full-time / Part-time

Worldwide company recruiting Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisers in Lisbon.

Our client is a multinational BPO company looking for Dutch speakers to work for an international Airline company for their office in Lisbon. Are you ready to offer the best experience supporting the travellers?

The Job.

– Provide professional customer service solutions to travellers over the phone and emails
– Answer and solve client and customer inquiries and issues
– Guarantee clients satisfaction and high level of quality 
– Ensure and participate in the success of the department

The Profile.

– You have native level in Dutch
– You have good level of English
– You are motivated and with positive mindset
– You are efficient and have good organisation skills 
– You are a team player
– You are client and service oriented
– You are willing to stay in the country for medium term at least (no summer or short term project!) 
– You are punctual and flexible
– You have very good communication skills

The Offer.

– Salary of 957€ per month (x14 per year) + 150 € bonus/month
– 6 € meal voucher per work-day
– Permanency bonus of 600 € every 190 days of contract
– Payment of up to 300 €/month for the rent (during the first 3 months)
– Reimbursement of flight tickets after 3 months
– Full-time job (40h/week), Monday-Sunday (Rotative shifts 9 am – 9 pm)
– Possibility of Part-time contract
– Contract as from the first day of training (training is paid 100%)
