Alarm System Advisor (French-Belgium)

The Company

Our client is a Belgian BPO company build up in 2010 and is located in the heart of the international city of Barcelona. 

For their client, a company specialized in alarm systems, they are currently looking for  a French speaker to join their team.

The Job

In this position, you will do outbound calls to existing customers who have an alarm system installed in their property. The mains tasks include:

-    Provide customers with accurate information about products and services of the company
-    Delivery of high quality Customer Service
-    Up-sell maintenance contracts to existing customer base
-    Pay high attention to details and handle carefully sensitive date of customers

The Profile

-    Native level of French
-    Good communication skills
-    Team-oriented candidate
-    Service oriented
-    Pro-active, motivated and used to work accurate
-    Enthusiastic and motivated candidate

The Offer

-    Bonus related to up-sold maintenance contract
