What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Arabic speaker with an excellent level of English as this Medical Advisor job requires you to use both languages. We want someone with a degree and experience in the area of nursing and of course someone who wants to work in Dublin, Ireland for a well-known Healthcare Insurance provider.
What will you do in this job?
As the Arabic Medical Advisor you will effectively be the 2nd line support for the helpline team. You will be working closely with doctors and clients, dealing with medical issues and claims reviews, helping in the management of complex cases and are responsible for the health and wellbeing of your clients. You will use your medical expertise in this job to the fullest. There will be the odd night shift thrown your way, we would say that, that will happen for 1 week only every 8 weeks.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who speaks native or near native Arabic and has an excellent level of English. You are a qualified nurse. Additionally, you have previous work experience in a nursing background. You need to know your way around Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Word.
You have a bit of knowhow in insurance, but you don’t need to be an insurance expert. We are looking for a Arabic speaker who is extremely customer focused, has got an interest in insurance and can work well under pressure, who is also a highly motivated individual.

Interview & Salary
The interview process is over 3 stages, two over the phone and if successful you will be asked to fly over for a face-to-face interview. Lastly you will be asked to complete some tests to assess your accuracy in a multiple-choice questionnaire and you’ll be assessed on your written language abilities. If you are successful you will receive a gross annual salary of €39,000 in your night shifts you will be offered a 30% bonus too, which is great news. What’s great is that the company will also help you with relocating and your paperwork, but it is important to keep in mind that they do not supply you with a work permit. You will need to have a valid work permit before applying for this job.
