B2B Customer Support Representative (Italian+ES/FR/PORT)

The Company is a constantly growing online booking company with clients in 8 different countries all over Europe and South America. They offer a rewarding and multicultural work environment, while offering career opportunities. For their team in Barcelona, they are currently recruiting for a B2B Customer Support Representative Italian and Spanish or French speaker.

The Job

The ideal candidate will manage the client’s needs by giving them technical support and guidance on the phone and via email. The main tasks include:

- Manage incidents via phone and email in about 70 % of your job
- Give technical support and solve software-related incidents in about 30% of the job 
- Take out the required content changes on the web page 

The Profile

- Native level in Italian and fluent in Spanish (or French or Portuguese)
- Full working proficiency in English
- Min. 1 years of experience in Customer Support (B2B) on the phone
- Experience in the restaurant business is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a nice telephone manner
- Outgoing and dynamic person with good troubleshoot skills
- Achieving an excellent customer satisfaction level
- Empathetic team player who is able to manage loads of work
