B2B Sales Supervisor (Dutch + French)

Our Client is an American multinational information technology company, developing and providing innovative hardware components for small to large enterprises across a wide range of industries.


They are currently recruiting for a Dutch plus French speaking Sales Supervisor to take over the management of one of their international teams.



The Job

- Understand re-seller market and competition (through tools and reports available and business reviews)

- Define re-sellers target growth rate, program qualification/certification, identify gaps and define actions on how to close gaps

- Brief the sales force on the client value proposition and key selling points

- Timely provisioning of deliverable to the Client, data quality, alignment to our Client’s reporting standards & requirements

 - Develop partner business/marketing plan

 - Manage reseller forecasting

- Assist in development of plans with reseller’s relating to programs/campaigns/promotions for optimal ROI, and provide feedback to the Sales Manager on these plans

- Administer special pricing according to procedures

-  Evaluate reseller interest in any solution assessments and solution focus overall

- Grow reseller value by the creation and execution of training plans and contractual/solution business development

- Monitor progress against targets in business plan

 - Manage partner’s performance by tracking tools

- Manage incentives through available elements: PfR, business plan, contractual sales target to secure achievement

- Bonus payment execution through verification and sign-off of partner bonus achievement


The Profile

- Native level of Dutch plus French + excellent level of English

- Min. 1 years of previous experience in the Management of a B2B Sales team

- Supervisor or team leader experience in an Inside Sales environment is a plus

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Decision making capabilities, problem solving and ability to take ownership on your project

- Outstanding communicator and motivator

- Strong focus on results and improvement

- Proven leadership and management skills

- Excellent organization and prioritization skills

- Ability to develop the talents in your team

- Initiative-taker, self-starter and inspiratory attitude for your team

- Stress resistant and ability to meet deadlines

- Relocation package provided for candidates from abroad (reimbursement of up to 500 euros for flight tickets and accommodation for the first days upon arrival)
