Our client, a bank institution of a famous automotive company, is establishing a new BeNeLux collection team in Berlin. Would you like to become a part of an international team in the heart of Berlin?


Belgian Collections Professional (m/f), Berlin


Your Responsibilities:

• responsibility for the customers on the Belgian market
• daily contact with company customers via telephone or email
• administrative tasks, such as processing of appointments and other debtor information in the system
• competently following up on the process regarding formal notices
• helping customers to reach a payment arrangement
• verification and execution of risk reducing actions


Required skills and experience:

• bachelor or higher degree in economics, banking or accounting is desirable
• experience in credit collection, ideally in a bank environment
• experience in working in a customer service environment will be a plus, but not necessary
• great negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Flemish/French skills on a native level, fluency in English
