Belgium CRM - Malta

Job Description

The Online marketing department acquires, retains, reactivates, cross-sells and up-sells customers for our digital distribution channels, in all markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Administration of marketing related campaigns on our online media channels for the Belgian, Flemish and French speaking audience
  • Creating and managing successful marketing campaigns to retain customers via our internal CRM tools
  • Regular updates to our customer base via newsletters, news-posts and online media channels.
  • Planning, executing and analysing global customer insight and marketing surveys on a ad-hoc basis.
  • Working with our external developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications using our ticketing system.
  • Streamline workflows, website content and processes to promote customer satisfaction and retention whilst ensuring best practice.
  • Act as a link between the customer by providing 360 degree feedback to internal departments.



  • Fluent in French, Flemish and English
  • Extensive email marketing experience and any CRM tool experience will be advantageous
  • University  degree
  • Marketing related background
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing, SEO and Online Marketing desirable
  • Passion for sports, games and consumer web business models
  • Knowledge in Sports and Casino
  • Overall Technical background  desirable
  • Technical project management experience desirable
  • Creativity and an open mind for new approaches
  • Proactive with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external partners
