Bilingual Dutch and German Customer Service Agent

In connection with the realization of further ambitious growth objectives, our client is currently looking for a structured, service minded and ambitious Customer Success Agent.

Based at our client's European HQ in Zoetermeer, you will be the key contact person at their Customer Success Department for European customers. You will work closely together in the Customer Success Team with their Application Specialists and Sales & other departments. You report in this position to the Customer Success Team Leader. As a Customer Success Agent, you are pivotal in making customers happy by efficiently solving the issues they are facing. You love to serve customers, fixing whatever the customer is facing, do troubleshooting on the more technical products and have high quality standards. You have a methodical approach, strong communication skills and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Finding opportunities for further improvement is your second nature.

Main Tasks:

As a Customer Success Agent you are responsible for engaging and retaining a profitable relationship with the customers. You will report directly to the Customer Success Manager.

  • Service and advise customers with sales inquiries

  • Provide first-line customer support about our products and software; troubleshooting
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the company

  • HBO+ level of education
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service (B2B and B2C) and/or inbound sales
  • Native German (or near), business fluent English and Dutch.
