Bilingual speakers is what we are looking for, those who speak German and English and who are interested in working abroad in Germany and like the idea of a job in Customer Service.
What will you do in this job?
Within this bilingual customer service job you will have the responsibility of dealing with customers who speak English and German via email, inbound calls from resellers and help them in the renewing of licenses and other customer service problems or queries. As the resellers are of great importance to our client’s business, a high standard of customer service is required. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday as this is mainly a B2B customer service job.

Who are we looking for?
In order to be successful for this bilingual customer service job in Germany, we are looking for near native speakers in both English and German.
Your training will be in English and the majority of your calls will be in German, so you can see why speaking both German and English is important. Additionally you will receive full technical training.
It is important that you have excellent phone etiquette, good typing skills and want to work in Germany.
Where would you be working?
Gütersloh Germany is where you will be working, a city that is considered as a media and technology centre that is represented through many picturesque parks and gardens. It is often referred to as ‘little Nazareth’ in the EU because of its historical background. Gutersloh is less than 1 hour away from major international airports so you are never too far from home.
Interview & Salary
For this Bilingual customer service job you will first need to pass a number of language and customer service tests as well as sitting a face-to-face interview.
A great benefit offered by our client is flight reimbursement and 4 weeks accommodation will be paid if you are successful in passing the tests and interview process.
Your annual salary will meet the sum of €23,640.
