Blu Recruitment Consultant

Your responsibilities and impact as Recruitment Consultant will be:

You will ensure a qualitative full candidates’ recruitment process by:

  • Analyzing the clients’ needs and establishing a profile and search plan to respond to it
  • Sourcing and hunting candidates using the company’s network
  • Developing new sourcing channels
  • Advertising open vacancies
  • Qualifying Candidate through interviews
  • Developing your own candidates’ network
  • Following up with candidates
  • Being involved in the Candidates' career management
  • Participating in the online marketing strategy and company visibility & positioning
  • Leading & being part of Ad-hoc projects


You will also be in charge of maintaining and developing your Clients portfolio:

  • Identifying leads and developing new clients’ partnerships
  • Managing clients account with weekly & daily communication
  • Being the SPOC of your Client within Blu Selection
  • Developing and maintain a good and close relationship with your Clients


Depending on your level of experience, you may access to a senior recruitment consultant role and will step by step handle the management of one or two interns. 

Your responsibilities will be: 

  • Managing by example
  • Recruiting & training newcomers
  • Ensuring the performance of your own perimeters
  • Following up & create a career plan for your team

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • A full proficient level of English
  • Being creative, adaptable and proactive
  • Having a previous 2 years experience in recruitment or in a B2B environment
  • Being a Team player
  • Enjoying being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
  • Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
