Blu Junior Business Developer (German)

The Job.

As a Junior Business Developer, you will be in charge of increasing the Clients portfolio of Blu Selection.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Defining and identifying leads
  • Understanding our business activities, services, USPs
  • Setting up your business development plan and action plan
  • Contacting and qualifying leads
  • Presenting our services and solutions to potential clients
  • Negotiating terms of business with new clients, with assistance of your manager
  • Closing the contract term and establishing new partnerships
  • Managing your account with weekly & daily communication with your Client
  • Being the SPOC of your Client within Blu Selection
  • Developing and maintain a good and close relationship with your Clients
  • Defining the recruitment needs with your Clients
  • Leading the handover from Leads to Active Client
  • Participating in the online marketing strategy and company visibility & positioning
  • Leading & being part of Adcock projects


About You.

  • You are graduating from a Master Degree in Busines Management
  • You have a first experience in Business development / Sales
  • You have a native level of German with an excellent level in English – any other EU language, such as French/Spanish is considered as a big plus
  • You are business and quality oriented
  • You have the work hard, play hard mentality
  • You are a real team player, with empathy and always ready to help
  • You have a lot of energy and are self-motivator
  • You are self-starter, take initiative and bring new ideas
  • You like to challenge yourself and always aim to the top
  • You are committed to the highest level of quality, and pay attention to details
  • You are enthusiastic, dynamic and performance driven

You have easy contact with people and have excellent communication skills
