Business Developer (German or UK English)

Job Description

The Company.

Our client is a growing and promising software American company with centralized offices in Barcelona. To support their growth, they are currently recruiting fora talented and ambitious Business Developer - German or UK English speaker - to generate business opportunities on the DACH and UK market.

The Job. 

In this position, you will have to search for potential leads, profile companies and extract information to see if they would be interested in the product of the company.
– Search and segment your market, profile accounts, identify solutions and key contacts
– Generating qualified leads for the sales teams through cold calling, e-mailing and social selling
– Get insight into the sales cycle and sales methodologies
– Extract market information and stay up to date of trends
– Develop a strong market and product knowledge
– Document all communications and update account information in the contact management system
– Execute and achieve your targets

The Profile.

– You have a native level of German or UK English
– You have previous experience in B2B Sales (junior candidates with strong sales drive and affinity can be considered)
– You are dynamic, ambitious and energetic
– You are pro-active, goal-oriented and motivated by targets
– You have a professional attitude and have a great business acumen
– You are eager to learn and further develop
– You have the ability to adapt and communicate with high level executives
– You have excellent communication skills – both written and oral
– You have strong organization and prioritization skills
– You have the do not give up attitude
– You have a strong team spirit and have willingness to support your co-workers when needed
– You are open-minded and have the willingness to work in a multicultural team and international environment

The Offer.

– An attractive salary package starting at 27.000€ OTE yearly (including on-target bonuses – 22.000€ basic salary + 5.000€ on-target bonuses) + additional uncapped commissions for over achievement + restaurant tickets of 9€/day + insurance + incentives
