Business Developer Jr. - Dutch/French - Houten

Job Description

This role is the foundation of our client's international sales organization with the overall goal to detect new sales and development opportunities. You will need to identify and develop end-user opportunities, as well as be the main contact person for end-users and resellers. The ideal candidate speaks and writes Dutch at a native level and a fluent level of French and English.

Main Tasks:

  • Work with manufacturer and/or Sales & Marketing to identify new end-user opportunities
  • Cold call potential prospects
  • Call users who have stated an interest in the products in order to fully understand the opportunity
  • Make end-user visits to present the company and their solutions
  • Present opportunities to partners and ensure full buy-in on the solution
  • Identify the best reseller to fit end-user needs
  • Present and demonstrate together with the reseller
  • Follow up, as needed, to make sure end-customer is well-served
  • Document all customer activity in company CRM system according to company policy


  • Hunter profile with a door opener mentality
  • Perform on a higher education level (preferably with a sales/marketing orientated degree)
  • Strong communication, negotiation as well as sales skills
  • Technical affinity
  • Enjoy working in a team and individually
  • Dutch is your mother tongue and you have excellent presentation and interaction skills in French and good English knowledge for internal communications
