Business Development Manager

Job Description

European Executive Interim Management firm recently implemented in London is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for conducting outbound sales and marketing activities to win new clients. This is a fast paced, full cycle sales role in a growing company, with strong prospect for the right candidate.



  • Preparing and implementing marketing & sales plans
  • Cold calling target companies mainly investments funds and UK, European and EMEA Head Offices to  identify sales leads
  • Developing business and growing existing accounts, nurturing relationship with them
  • Preparing and delivering presentation to clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service
  • Supervising a network of decision makers and executive interim managers
  • Managing 2 junior members of staff
  • Reporting to the French office



  • English up to mother tongue level
  • Strong track record of B2B sales at a corporate level  in the UK in the following industries : consultancy or IT or recruitment or interim management
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Very good organisational skills and ability to work in a small team



Basic salary between £35k and £45k pa according to experience + bonus
