Inside Sales - Fluent German speakers ONLY

£20,000- £26,000 base salary with a very realistic £15,000 - £25,000 uncapped commission achievable

Inside Sales Representative

We describe ourselves as a sales acceleration company which means we help our clients drive sales and revenue by calling their potential clients to develop business, generate leads and sales meetings for them. We work exclusively with technology companies including some of the leading
names in the industry.

More About an Inside Sales Role

Working from our Fleet office, your job will involve working on one or more of our client campaigns, helping to develop business for them. More often than not, you will be working as part of a team for the same client enabling you to share knowledge, experience, best practice and advice. Your day will involve calling decision makers in target companies on the telephone, using data that is provided for you, with a view to introducing them to the goods and/or services of the client. Your objective will vary dependent on the campaign but may involve generating a lead to pass to the client’s sales team to pursue or fixing an appointment for the client to call or visit in person.

Training & Coaching

You will be provided with extensive training so don’t worry if you haven’t had experience of inside sales previously. Our training will show you how to approach the call, how to get to speak with decision makers directly, how to handle objections and qualify opportunities. We will also provide comprehensive training on our clients’ products and services. We really want you to succeed so you will also have access to experienced team leaders and managers plus on the job coaching to help your realise your potential, maximise your results and earnings.

Performance & Targets

There is no getting away from it, sales is a quota / target driven environment and you must be comfortable with this. Quotas vary dependant on the campaign you are working on but we want you to succeed so we set quotas that are challenging yet achievable. You need to be driven and resilient, i.e. able to bounce back when a call doesn’t go as well as it might - that’s just part of the job. Quotas are clearly set-out before the outset of any campaign so you will be very clear about what success looks like.

Salary & Benefits

We don’t believe in commission caps - the better results that you deliver, the more you earn. Your earning potential is typically between £40,000 and £50,000 dependent on the type of campaign that you are assigned to and of course your success. We pay a base salary of between £22,000 and £28,000 and the additional amount is made up of commissions paid to you for meeting or exceeding quota.
