Business Proposition Coordinator (French)

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a French speaking Business Proposition Coordinator.

The Job

Being part of the Proposal team of Europe you will coordinate and manage incoming proposal of international Key Accounts. Your main tasks include:

Your Responsibilities

  • Proposal coordination of French and international projects
  • Connection Key Account directors with incoming proposals
  • Legal analyzing of proposals together with the legal department
  • Sending and preparing final offers for clients

Your Profile

  • Excellent level of French and English (up to native)
  • B2B experience is a must
  • Experience in coordinating proposals desirable
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Background in law could be a plus
  • Analytical skills
  • Multitasking, profesional and pro-active
  • Hard worker mentality
