Casino Campaign Co- Ordinator

Job Description

As a Casino Campaign Coordinator will be involved in the setting up of all Casino campaigns across various brands, taking responsibility for the coordination, planning and monitoring of campaigns along with the CRM, Casino and Brand Managers. You will also work closely with the Acquisition, CS and Central Marketing teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Working on existing and new bonus programs
  • Analyse and report on campaign outcomes
  • Responsible for ensuring escalations are dealt within required time-frames
  • Execute on casino campaigns ordered by Casino/Brand/CRM Managers
  • Implement, monitor and evaluate campaigns with the Casino Manager and Brand Managers
  • Accurately report information to all interested stakeholders
  • Provide accurate advice and information on suitable campaigns in line with player segmentation

 Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge and experience of online casino and customer behaviour
  • iGaming experience  or similar high traffic online business
  • Excellent written, spoken Swedish or Norwegian
  • Educated to degree level in marketing or communication
  • Excellent excel skill
