Channel Account Manager - French or German - Rotterdam Area

Job Description

The International Account Manager will be responsible for the business development in EU region (Germany, UK and France). Occasional travel to those regions will be needed. Candidate may be needed to handle more/other areas depending of workload and market needs.

Main Tasks

  • Acquires and maintain new strategic contracts by building relationships with high-level buying influencers for key partners (distributors, local resellers and partners)
  • Collaborates with cross channel partners and obtain necessary resources to execute needed initiatives
  • Drive growth through identifying/closing new business and market opportunities to include short and long range growth and profitability objectives
  • Develop sales strategies by developing quarterly business plans, forecasting, anticipating sales requirements, determine productivity and potential client service strategies
  • Overseeing local advertising, marketing and in-store merchandising
  • Responsible for achieving sales quota for profitable sales volume
  • Report to Management on a weekly basis


  • Direct/indirect sales experience with a proven track record of success in channel management and Account Management
  • Bachelor degree (preferred)
  • Fluent in German or French and English (writing and speaking)
  • Dutch is not necessary
  • 3-5 years relevant experience (In IT and/or beauty sales)
  • Ability to work independently and without monitoring
  • Technical and communication skills
  • Passionate to contact customers
  • Keen interest in beauty market/industry
  • Passionate about the technology industry
  • Able to handle stress accordingly.
