Claims Agent (French)

Job Description

The Company

Our client is a service provider specialised in Claims Management for the Insurance Industry.

The Job

- Claims and disputes management: analyse and understand clients’ issues and bring an appropriate solution

- Follow up of claims files until their complete resolution

- Internal and external communication with involved parties

- Administration management

- Provide service in line with company’s quality standards

- Ensure high level of clients’ satisfaction


The Profile

- Native level of French (English and/or Spanish is a plus)

- Previous experience in Claims and Disputes management

- Strong customer service skills and quality focus

- Pro-active and ability to work independently

- Rigorous and professional attitude

- Excellent communication skills

- Team Player

- Self-motivated and committed in your work

- You are already living in Barcelona and the NIE and Social Security number

The Offer

- Salary of 19.000€ / year + 10% bonus

- Job from Monday to Friday 8:30/9:30 to 17:30/18:30

- Company based in Barcelona, close to Arc de Triumph
