Client Service - Swedish/ Norw./ Danish - NO call centre

Job Description

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Answering emails, calls and inquiry requests.
•Gathering relevant information and inputs into SAP IT system.
•Ensuring and oversees that referral information/issue is appropriately forwarded to a relevant service/person.
•Preparing analysis, reports, certificates for the client’s employees.
•Cooperation with team members.


YOUR SKILLS / IDEAL PROFILE
•Must: Language and skill level – fluent in Nordic language & communicative level of English
•Friendly, detail-oriented and responsible team player, willing to learn new things!
•Advantage: previous experience with customers, knowledge of Czech
