Client Support & Service Representative- Swedish speaking

Location: London

Salary: £23-£25,000 per year + benefits including 25 days holiday and your birthday off!

Company: Our client is an international technology company specialising in the recruitment industry. With an open plan office and casual dress code, they now have an opening for a fluent Swedish speaker to join their dynamic team. We are looking for a perfectly bilingual professional with long term goals to grow within a very successful company. It's an extremely friendly, fun office environment and we're looking for new members to join the "family"!

You will be providing excellent service, support and training to clients in Sweden and the UK mainly over the telephone and email. It's important that you are an excellent communicator that easily builds relationships by being friendly, chatty and having a sense of humour.


  • Speak Swedish and English fluently
  • Previous experience from customer service, client support, account management or recruitment environment
  • Bubbly, outgoing people person with a sense of humour
  • Confident both over the telephone and face to face
  • Organized and pay attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • Well-settled in London and planning to stay for the long term

Main Objective with this role:
- Maintaining excellent client relationships
- To provide support and service via phone and email to all clients and to provide ongoing training and information to clients related to company's products.
- To customise products to meet client requirements
- Liaising with sales & technical internal departments
