The Company

For an American multinational technology giant who has revolutionized the Internet and Cloud Industry, we are currently recruiting for German speaking candidates with IT technical background to strengthen their Technical Support team in Barcelona. Are you ready to take part of an exclusive and exciting adventure?


The Job

In this role, you will be part of their Cloud Business Solutions and be in charge of resolving technical issues from B2B Customers.

The main tasks involve:
- Take incoming B2B user requests via phone or emails 
- Analyse complex technical issues and solve them on a quality level
- Provide support in line with SLA standards
- Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with company products
- Monitor / progress all open queries in queue
- Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level
- Record all required data elements in CRM to provide good follow up and quality support


The Profile

- Language skills: native level of German + fluency in English
- Min. 6 months of experience in a Technical Support / Helpdesk role in Service Desk /Call Centre is a must
- Technical skills and knowledge
- Analytic skills and problem solving skills 
- Logical thinking
- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies 
- Stress resistant and organised
- High level of work ethic and quality
- Team player and ability to work independently
- Positive, open-minded, willingness to work in a multicultural environment


The Offer

- A salary in line with Barcelona’s standard: 17.000€ / year + 3.000€ bonus / year + full paid training period
- Long term position, full time job (39h/week), standard office hours, Monday to Friday
