Collections Specialist (relocation support)

Job Description

Fluent in French and English and looking for a role close to Finance? As a Collections Specialist, you will be the first point of contact related to accounts receivable. No experience is needed, we are looking for good communication skills and eagerness to learn. Our client is a multinational manufacturing company. This role is based in their site in Bratislava and help with relocation is provided.

What will you do?
• Manage customer accounts portfolio of assigned branches and countries
• Ensure customers are contacted and paying in a timely and efficient manner
• Support other teams by contacting customers and searching for payment details in order to allocate incoming payments
• Identify invoices in dispute, assign them to appropriate resolvers and coordinate dispute resolution process
• Identify reasons for delay of payments, document them in the specific IT tool
• Regularly report and analyze top open invoices with local finance & operations

What should you have?
• Fluent English and French
• Great proven communication skills over the phone to build strong working relationships
• Computer literacy and a positive attitude towards learning new skills, analytical skills
• A detail oriented, goal driven personality
• University education in Finance/ Economics is an advantage, not a must
