Communication Director (Swedish Speaking)

As our Communications Director, you will create and implement a strategic communications program and manage a range of duties, such as writing financial and company news, press releases, promoting special events, scheduling interviews for the CEO and senior management, and give interviews on behalf of the company.


Initially, your challenge is to understand Catena Media in and out to be able to create and implement Catena's communication strategy. You will be the voice of Catena Media and your main focus will be on IR and PR communication, thanks to Catena's recent listing on Nasdaq OMX First North. Whilst increasing the external knowledge of Catena's business initiatives, operations, and capabilities, you will also work closely with the management team (which you are also a part of) to improve the internal communication within Catena Media. From time to time, you will travel abroad to make appearances and attend meetings on behalf of Catena Media. 


We are looking for an outstanding communicator with a #BUSINESS_MINDSET and a passion for strategic and healthy communication. You have previous experience in #IR and #PR programs and you have worked in a similar role before, preferably in a public company. Your #UNIVERSITY_DEGREE is likely in line with this business role and you have good knowledge of the#ONLINE_MARKETING_INDUSTRY. You are fluent in #SWEDISH and #ENGLISH and love to communicate effectively across departments and across the world.

To manage the #COMMUNICATION_BUDGET is something you're comfortable with, and you are happy to take ownership of the development of the company website and company intranet. To train the management and employees to become PR representatives is something you enjoy and you have great tools and methods to measuring communications success. We trust you have exceptional and effective#PRESENTATION, #WRITING and #EDITING skills and that you have the ability to execute goals regardless of obstacles.
