Operations Manager

Job Description

An experienced Contact Centre Manager is required for this exciting role in beautiful Lisbon. You will be an experienced senior team manager, with experience in managing supervisors. You will be responsible for a large operation of FTE, managing a team of supervisors. You will be the point of contact for the client and ensure that project SLA’s are met.

Job Specification

Fluency in English, both written and spoken is essential. Proven prior experience as a senior team manager in a contact centre environment is essential, as well as previous experience managing a sales team.

You must have strong leadership skills and proven experience and skills in operations management. You must be educated to a Bachelor degree level. Previous experience in education or assessment would be an advantage.
