CONTACT CENTRE BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Our customer, a global financial services provider, is expanding their operations and looking for Business Support Specialists (mid and senior level) to ensure all contact centre processes are working properly. The role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

It's an inside call centre support role, where the successful candidate will focus on product suite that is utilised by all associates for phone, chat and email interactions with external customers. 

The candidate will collaborate closely with development, engineering, architecture and business support units to ensure availability and stability of environments and perform Change Management activities for access and permissions functionality. 

Desired competencies and qualifications: 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field 
- 3-5 years contact centre operational experience 
- knowledge of call centre products 
- knowledge of networking and telephony technologies 
- proven incident and problem solving skills 
- excellent communication skills 
- experience with Genesys customer experience platform would be a huge advantage 
- able to work in multicultural environment and colleagues across multiple locations
