Credit Card Support (French (Belgium))

The Company

Our client is a Belgian BPO company with a new office in Barcelona. For their partner, an e-payment company, we are currently recruiting a French speaking Credit Card Support Agent for the Belgium market.

The Job

After 1 week of training the candidate will ensure customer support to credit card holder on the Belgium market. The main tasks include:

- Support and advise Belgian credit card holders with problems with their card
- Respond to incoming requests for assistant via telephone, email or live chat
- Pay high attention to details and handle carefully sensitive date of customers
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and record information

The Profile

The candidate should have experience in customer support on the phone. He should speak and write French perfectly and has already to be settled in Barcelona.

- Native or proficient Level French (Belgium)
- Good communication skills
- Team player and open-minded
- Enthusiast and motivated
- Reliable with an eye for details 
- Customer Service experience on the phone
- Pro-active, motivated and used to work accurate

The Offer

- A salary of 1305 Euro gross/month
- Up to 200 Euro allowances Bonus per month (after the 3rd month)
- New office located in Poblenou area
- Rotative shifts : Monday- Friday: 8.30- 18.00, Friday; Saturday: 9.00-17.00
- Monday to Friday with flexibility for the weekends once/month
- Starting date: asap
- Candidate needs to hold NIE and social security number by the start date
